Xiaomi Portugal, in partnership with Toogas, developed its online store with a fully customised layout reflecting the Xiaomi brand identity. The Ecommerce project included integration with the Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics NAV) ERP for managing catalogue data, stock, orders, order statuses, invoicing, and returns. The platform also provides product feeds for the store on Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping, KuantoKusta, and other marketplaces.
Users can pay for their orders through a wide range of payment methods, including MB WAY, Reference Entity, Credit Card, Oney, and Klarna. Orders can be delivered to any address in mainland Portugal via integration with major couriers, or collected in-store through the Click and Collect service. In the Customer Area, users can track the status of their orders, review products, or initiate a fully integrated return process.
We chose Toogas as our partner for digital transformation. As ecommerce is one of the main points of contact with our customers, we felt the need for a robust platform that would allow us to meet the challenges of ecommerce and ensure a simple and intuitive process. As a network of official Xiaomi stores in Portugal, Xiaomi Store aims to replicate the brand experience across all the channels where it is present. This commitment led us to select Toogas.
